由於所有產品均為手工製作並注入靈氣能量，我們一般不接受退換，除非產品在運送過程中損壞。As all products are handcrafted and infused with Reiki energy, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during shipping.
損壞產品：請於收貨 48 小時內附上照片透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們。If you receive a damaged item, contact us via WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours.
數碼產品：電子書及數碼內容一經購買不設退款。E-books and digital content are non-refundable once purchased.
諮詢服務：已確認預約如需取消，請提前 24 小時通知。Confirmed bookings require 24 hours notice for cancellation.
